Our job recommendation system uses a machine learning algorithm to compare each new job on your job board to past work that you've completed. Over time, the algorithm learns what types of jobs you tend to accept. The more work you complete, the more it learns about you. In making job recommendations, the system considers materials, quantity, and part complexity along with hundreds of geometric features that we extract from the CAD files. Jobs that are most similar to your past work will receive the highest scores. Whether you prefer large runs of quick-turn, simple parts or small quantities of complex parts, the system will learn your preferences and tend to rate those jobs higher. These recommendations only highlight jobs on your board that may be of interest. They won't limit what you see. You will still see all jobs based on the machine capabilities and other settings in your partner profile, whether or not they are similar to your past work.
