Shipping Partners Guide

Accessing Xometry Online Portal:

  • http://marcomcentral.app.pti.com/Ironmark/Xometry 
  • Login using your Partner ID and ‘xometry’ for the password (fields are case sensitive).
  • You will be prompted to set a security question and answer for password help in the future. Click Save & Continue.

To begin your order:

  • Select the Partners category from the Catalog.

Refill Kits:

  • You can add a refill kit to the cart by simply pressing the Add to Cart button from the catalog page. Alternatively you may click the title or image to get a closer view of the contents, then select the green Add to Cart button at the bottom of the page.
  • Using the drop-down, select your desired amount of Decal Sheets and Coasters. Keep in mind that in every kit there are 5 decal sheets and 75 coasters. So for example, ordering 3 kits would get you 15 decal sheets and 225 coasters.

  • Once you have verified all products in your Shopping Cart screen, click Checkout to proceed to the shipping screen.

Shipping:

  • Select the button by Use a New Address and fill out the below fields to set your shipping address.
  • Once you have entered all information you may select Save Address to store the information in your address book for future orders
  • Click the green Continue button at the bottom to proceed to the Confirm Order page

Order Confirmation:

  • Verify all order information, including ship-to attention, products and quantities.
  • Once you have verified that all information is correct, click on Complete Order.
  • YOUR ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SUBMITTED UNTIL YOU CLICK THE COMPLETE ORDER BUTTON.


Once Complete Order has been selected you will reach the Order Confirmation page and a copy of the receipt will be sent to the email address associated with your login. Please print this page for your records.
