We strive to provide our customers with quality parts and exceptional customer service. If there is a problem with the quality of your order, we are here to help! Please review our Return Policy and then fill out the RMA Request Form below. If Xometry is responsible for the issues, a prepaid shipping label will be provided and a Case Manager will be assigned to work with you through the rework or replacement process.
- Customers may submit a Return for Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request up to 30 days after a part has been delivered. Requests received more than 30 days after delivery may be denied per the Terms and Conditions agreed upon at the time of order.
- Xometry will manufacture your parts in accordance with our Manufacturing Standards and/or specifications identified on the quote and within the order confirmation email. You can learn more about our Manufacturing Standards here. If the issue with your order is outside the scope of the order specifications/manufacturing standards, the RMA request may be denied at Xometry's discretion.
- Any modifications to the parts made after delivery will result in the RMA request being denied.
- Nonconforming parts must be returned. Upon receiving the returned parts Xometry will verify the conformity of parts to the specifications, and will then provide a decision on acceptance of the RMA.
